I give two talks

 

• One is a presentation on Autism explaining what it is in a concise short easy to understand way

 

• The second is titled "Alone in a room full of People" my life story with autism and how it has affected me personally.  Autism is a difference, and I help explain that in the same way that people are right and left handed, gay or straight, having Autism has highs and lows and we are all equal. I help you to explore the impacts of your behaviour and approach.

• Both of these presentations can be combined with reflective question and answer sessions - exploring the issues that are raised for participants.

• These provide a safe space to explore approaches and preconceptions. This gives a chance to explore the impact of professional attitudes and approaches on how empowering or disempowering people experience that interaction.
